Job Responsibilities and Requirements

As a Full Stack Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients and claimants via phone, email, and chat
• Resolving issues and answering questions related to claims, benefits, and absence management
• Accurately filing and documenting client/claimant information into our system
• Adhering to all department standards and quality monitoring guidelines
• Communicating effectively with all levels of management and colleagues
• Demonstrating compassion, empathy, and strong decision-making skills
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations
• Working independently and remotely, with minimal supervision
• Managing and meeting departmental deadlines and key performance indicators

Work Environment

Our Customer Care Center operates 24/7, and we offer a variety of schedules to accommodate our team members' needs. As a Full Stack Customer Care Representative, you will be required to work a scheduled shift between 4am and 8pm Arizona time, Monday through Friday. You will also be expected to work some holidays and be available to take calls and speak for the entirety of your scheduled shift (excluding breaks and lunches).

Physical Requirements

* Sitting for prolonged periods of time

• Extensive typing and use of fingers rather than hands
• Visual acuity sufficient to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures
• Hearing sufficient to understand verbal instructions and answer telephones
