The Role

As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in directly supporting our customers and escalating issues as necessary. You'll work closely with our internal engineering and customer success teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming customer questions and concerns via email and our Hubspot support portal
  • Interfacing with internal sales and customer success teams to ensure pilots and existing customers receive top-notch support
  • Collaborating with the engineering team to escalate and investigate bugs and product questions
  • Utilizing Notion and other tools to manage internal processes and information

Preferred Experience

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill solutions from multiple sources of information
  • Experience working in a customer service role
  • Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly

Compensation
