Your Role

- Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues via chat interfaces like Facebook Messenger
- Assisting customers with website navigation and providing product information
- Managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective responses
- Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
What You'll Need
