Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the Home Repair industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
