Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through phone, chat, and email interactions. You'll work independently to resolve customer issues, respond to inquiries, and provide solutions that exceed our customers' expectations. You'll be a key member of our team, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through phone, chat, and email interactions

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
  • Work independently to resolve complex customer issues, using problem-solving skills and creative thinking
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and drive business success
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and productivity

Schedule and Work Environment

* Work a 4-day schedule, with flexible hours to accommodate your needs

  • Each shift will be 10 hours long, with opportunities to work a variety of schedules
  • Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time
  • Sunday: 9am-7:30pm Eastern time
  • Monday and Tuesday: 10-hour shifts between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
  • Work from the comfort of your own home, with a secure and quiet workspace and a strong internet connection
  • arenaflex will provide all necessary equipment and training to ensure your success

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $18.00, with a $1.00/hour increase after 60 days

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of customer needs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Reliable internet connection and a secure, quiet workspace

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment

  • Knowledge of the Lighting Industry or related products
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
