Key Responsibilities:

As a Seasonal Full Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding products and delivery information
  • Providing product information, reviewing alternative solutions, and placing orders for customers
  • Successfully negotiating and appeasing customers using established guidelines
  • Checking inventory, processing returns, issuing replacements, and credits for damaged or defective merchandise
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of previous customer service experience
  • Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
  • Strong ability to communicate verbally and written, with capable data entry skills
  • Ability to complete mandatory paid training for 4 weeks, with 100% attendance required

  • Windows 10 Home, Windows 10 Pro, or Windows 10 Pro for Workstations, or Windows 11 Home, Windows 11 Pro, or Windows 11 Pro for Workstations
  • Mac IOS 12 or newer
  • A PC that is fully updated with all current windows and optional updates
  • An anti-virus program running on your computer (Microsoft Defender is sufficient)
  • Google Chrome as your primary web browser
  • 6 GB RAM or higher, with 8 GB or higher recommended
  • Internal storage with enough free space to install needed systems and run them effectively
  • A minimum optimal screen resolution of 1920x1080
  • External mouse, keyboard, webcam, USB headset, and "Unified Communications" type headset
