What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with inquiries related to accounts, procedures, and services via phone or email
• Providing exceptional customer service to both customers and internal teams
• Performing accounts receivable duties, including calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and resolving account conflicts through our escalation process
• Partnering with the Sales Department to provide administrative support
• Performing basic data entry and other administrative tasks

Qualifications

We're looking for a candidate with:

• 2 years of customer service experience in an administrative setting (preferred)
• Prior accounts receivable experience (highly encouraged)
• High school diploma or GED equivalent (recommended)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional telephone and email etiquette
• Essential skills: active listener, responsive, and personable
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS, etc.)
• Time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player and independently
• Problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment
• Comfortable performing basic mathematical skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, etc.)

Compensation

$18.50 - $21.50/hour
