The Role

As a Live Chat Support Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to our website visitors through live chat. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure that every interaction is a positive one. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat inquiries using provided templates and guidelines

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving their inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Work from anywhere, ensuring you have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings

Requirements

* Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection

  • Basic English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Skills/background needed:

+ No previous experience needed; full training is provided + Ability to follow instructions and use pre-set templates for responses + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Basic computer skills, including typing and navigation

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, either in-person or online

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
