Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers through live chat to answer questions, resolve concerns, provide information, and offer assistance.
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction levels by providing accurate and timely responses.
  • Assisting with sales by providing product information and facilitating purchase decisions.
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a device capable of handling chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
  • A commitment to work independently with a minimum availability of 5 hours per week.

Work Hours & Location
