Job Overview:

As a Full Stack Automotive Web Chat Agent, you will play a critical role in facilitating seamless online interactions for customers seeking information related to automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership inquiries. Your efforts will significantly contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and generating valuable leads for our dealer clients. You will be responsible for managing a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat channels, delivering accurate and timely information regarding our products and services, and assisting customers in scheduling appointments based on their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat channels, responding to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Deliver accurate and timely information regarding our products and services, including pricing, features, and availability.
  • Assist customers in scheduling appointments based on their needs, ensuring that they receive the best possible service and support.
  • Continuously develop and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of our evolving offerings, staying informed about new products, services, and promotions.
  • Capture and record customer contact information for lead generation and follow-up, ensuring that we can provide personalized support and service to our customers.
  • Summarize customer interactions for review by clients to optimize service delivery, providing valuable insights and feedback to improve our services.

Required Skills:

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Proficient multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of internet navigation and Windows-based computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Positive demeanor with a professional approach to customer service, with a strong focus on building rapport and trust with customers.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Fast typing skills, with a minimum requirement of 35 WPM preferred at 40 WPM, to ensure efficient and accurate communication with customers.

Qualifications:

* Experience in retail customer service or the automotive sector is preferred but not mandatory.

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification is required.
  • Previous experience in a customer-centric role such as an office setting, call center, or other customer service environments is advantageous (2+ years preferred).
