As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in crafting engaging marketing materials, supporting email campaigns, and contributing to a variety of digital marketing projects. Key Responsibilities • Assist in the design and editing of marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and digital assets, utilizing Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. • Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and meet project objectives. • Collaborate in the planning, building, and execution of email campaigns using HubSpot. • Monitor campaign performance and generate reports to drive improvements in engagement. • Work in tandem with sales teams to identify their needs and create corresponding marketing materials. • Maintain effective communication between the marketing and sales departments. • Use Salesforce for managing and tracking marketing leads and customer data. • Organize and preserve marketing files within cloud storage solutions like Dropbox. • Assist in tracking digital campaigns through Google Analytics and Google Ads. • Support the creation of reports to evaluate campaign success and recommend enhancements. Required Skills • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). • Familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce is beneficial. • Basic understanding of Google Analytics and Google Ads. • Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail. • Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities. • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and adhere to deadlines. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Experience with cloud storage platforms such as Dropbox is an advantage. • Knowledge of SEO and current digital marketing trends is preferred. • An interest in sustainability is a plus.
