Key Responsibilities
As a Text Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging with customers via text chat on arenaflex's websites and social media accounts
- Resolving customer issues and providing information with a smile
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Providing exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention
- Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate information to customers
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow provided steps and instructions
