Key Responsibilities

As a Text Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers via text chat on arenaflex's websites and social media accounts
  • Resolving customer issues and providing information with a smile
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Providing exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate information to customers

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathy and a knack for problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow provided steps and instructions
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability of at least 10 hours per week
  • Ability to start immediately

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or text-based environment
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
