About the Role

As an Experienced Customer Care Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our workers, handling inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person, and providing direct responses or routing as needed. You'll also manage incidents related to payroll, contracts, sick leave, advances, and any aspect of the worker experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incidents related to payroll, contracts, sick leave, advances, and any aspect of the worker experience.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure each case is resolved quickly, clearly, and effectively.
  • Prioritize cases based on urgency and impact, always keeping the focus on providing close and resolution-oriented attention.
  • Apply company protocols and policies correctly in every interaction with workers.
  • Identify recurring patterns or incidents and report them to the relevant stakeholders to prevent future blockages.
  • Learn in-depth about our operational processes and become a key player in improving the worker experience day-to-day.

Requirements:

* Vocational training (FP).

  • Experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Active listening and communication skills.
  • High organizational and problem-solving capacity.
  • Empathy and proactivity.
  • Orientation towards the customer and the worker.
