The Opportunity

As the Director of Customer Success, you'll lead a close-knit team of six, reporting directly to the Vice President of Customer Operations. This full-time, salaried position is ideally suited for candidates who prefer to work remotely, especially those in the CST or EST time zones. We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $135,000, depending on your experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the Customer Success department, ensuring its strategic direction and fostering both customer and team member growth

  • Collaborate with Implementation, Sales, and Product teams to orchestrate the customer journey
  • Develop and execute initiatives and campaigns focused on uncovering new opportunities that put people first
  • Manage internal processes to advocate for customer needs and drive customer success and revenue growth
  • Deliver necessary messages to clients, ensuring clarity and understanding even in tough conversations
  • Foster a growth mindset, demonstrating proven leadership skills in evolving a team

What You'll Need

* A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a Customer Success team, ideally in a SaaS environment

  • A track record of driving customer success and revenue growth
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot (preferred)
  • An analytical approach to work, focusing on metrics and data to guide decisions
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
