Your Role at arenaflex

As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer issues, providing product information, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. You'll be working remotely, but you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team that's dedicated to your growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner

  • Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide expert support

What You Bring to the Role

* 6 months or more of customer service experience

  • Reside within Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to apply it in a customer-facing environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Computer experience and high-speed internet (40mbps or faster)
