As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you will be part of a team that is truly making a difference in the healthcare sector, ensuring that patients have the prescription coverage they need.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and processing incoming faxes containing information from healthcare providers, patients, and medications
  • Verifying that all essential information is complete, including dates of birth and medication dosages
  • Proactively following up with providers to obtain any missing data
  • Entering data accurately to confirm prescription coverage
  • Handling around 20 inbound calls daily to verify and gather the same information
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner

Required Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service, preferably within a call center setting
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication abilities
  • Proficient in managing both fax and phone communications efficiently
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Qualifications
