The Role

As a Live Chat Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers through our live chat platform. You'll be the first point of contact for customers who need assistance with a wide range of topics, from product information to technical issues. Your goal will be to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively, while also providing a positive and personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate and timely solutions to their questions and concerns

  • Utilize our comprehensive knowledge base to quickly and effectively resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support
  • Provide product information, answer questions, and address customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications:

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Reliable internet connectivity and a device able to access social media and app-based chat functions (phone/tablet/laptop)
  • 20+ hours availability per week
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer support or a related field

  • Knowledge of our products and services (training provided)
  • Experience with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
