Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to customers, ensuring a seamless shopping and support experience
  • Collaborate with a chat supervisor to resolve complex customer queries
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Daily Tasks

* Log into the arenaflex chat application and respond to customer messages

  • Assist customers with product inquiries, selection, and troubleshooting
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via email, live chat, and electronic message boards
  • Collaborate with a chat supervisor to resolve complex customer queries
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Specifications

* Contract Length: Open-ended with no fixed term

  • Rate: $35 per hour
  • Requirements:

+ Access to a device capable of handling social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) + Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully + Reliable internet connection

  • Hours: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week
  • Location: Remote, with a preference for candidates in the United States

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
