Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced full stack customer service representative to join our virtual customer experience team. As a customer service professional, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities
As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound calls, emails, and online chats
- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Building strong relationships with our clients through consultative selling and relationship building
- Enhancing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals
- Providing accurate and timely information to clients regarding their accounts and services
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation as per established procedures and protocols
- Upholding the highest standards of integrity and compliance with all relevant administrative and regulatory rules and guidelines
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service and sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and concerns
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; education benefits available
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
- Experience in a virtual customer experience environment
- Knowledge of American Express products and services
- Experience in a sales and customer service environment
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
