Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our clients across various channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions. You'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values with enthusiasm, empathy, and expertise. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, computer science)

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a technical or related field

  • Familiarity with technical products and services, including iOS, mobile devices, tablets, PCs, and Macs (bonus points for experience with arenaflex products and services)
