Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our team in a remote Minnesota location. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the frontline representative and image of arenaflex, handling a variety of tasks that will increase in complexity as your skills progress. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all interactions are friendly, helpful, and respectful
  • Utilize computer systems and software to access customer information, update records, and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of Call Center experience

  • 6 months of Customer Service experience
  • Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
  • High-speed Internet access (minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and minimum download speed of 30 mbps)
  • A quiet space within the home free of distractions to take in-coming calls
  • Must currently reside in Minnesota

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the healthcare or transportation industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
