About the position

The Delivery Station Customer Support Team Manager at Amazon is responsible for leading a remote team of customer service associates who provide local support for Amazon customers. Requirements

  • Must be located in Greater Atlanta, Georgia.

  • 1 year of previous experience managing 20+ customer service associates in a customer service environment.
  • ,
  • 1 year of experience successfully implementing change management in large scale operations.
  • ,
  • Experience leading teams in a remote environment.
  • ,
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time.
  • ,
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • ,
  • Full-time availability (40+ hours per week).
  • ,
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 49 pounds and standing for long periods.
