The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our customers. You will work from home, using your own computer and headset, and will be required to maintain a distraction-free work environment. Your role will involve:

  • Handling a high volume of inbound customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Providing personalized support to customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues
  • Offering additional products and services to customers, promoting our products and driving sales

Compensation and Benefits

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will receive:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $15.00/hour

System Requirements

To work from home as a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will need to meet the following system requirements:

  • Self-provided computer or laptop with a Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old
  • Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications (arenaflex reimburses $75 for headset)
  • High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not an option)
  • Webcam and ability to appear on camera for meetings and trainings
