Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Services Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and account inquiries
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 2 to 30 years of experience in a customer service role
