Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Part-Time Online Panelist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Participating in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments
- Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys for each panel
- Using products and/or services provided, if applicable, and being prepared to discuss them prior to meeting dates
- Showing up at least 10 minutes before discussion start times
- Participating fully in discussions, either online or in-person
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
- Access to a high-speed internet connection
- A desire to participate in one or several of the topics offered
- The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- No prior customer service representative experience is necessary
