Responsibilities

As a Travel Agent - Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, helping clients with travel bookings, itinerary customization, and resolving issues.
• Recommending travel destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities based on client preferences and budget. Facilitate bookings and manage reservations efficiently.
