Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Spanish Language Expertise (2nd Shift)

The Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers through phone, email, and chat interactions. Your primary responsibility will be to service customer inquiries, offer available products, and build trust through effective communication and problem-solving. You will receive comprehensive training that will provide you with a solid foundation of insurance knowledge, ensuring that you feel confident in serving our customers effectively.

Responsibilities

* Service customer inquiries and provide solutions to their unique needs

  • Offer available products to customers based on their requirements
  • Build and maintain trust with customers through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales performance

Requirements

* Two years post-secondary education or higher

  • In lieu of the above, a minimum of two years relevant work experience
  • Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Nice-to-Haves

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry

  • Knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
