Position Description

We're seeking At-Home Contact Center Specialists to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls. Your primary duties will include:

  • Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients
  • Conducting outbound and inbound calls to clients and customers
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives

Wage and Benefits

* $10.00 per hour ($7.25 per hour during training)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
  • Own a computer at home that meets the minimum workstation requirements (processor: Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better or AMD equivalent, operating system: Windows 10, RAM: 8GB or more)
  • Webcam
  • High-speed internet access with download speed of at least 100 and upload speed of at least 10
  • Must have a desk/workstation in a quiet workspace
  • Must be able to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST (8am-4pm CST)
