What You’ll Do

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Efficiently managing a high volume of inbound calls

in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and resolving customer issues.

Listening actively

to understand customer needs and providing clear, accurate information to resolve their queries.

Accessing cardholder accounts

to provide information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies.

Assisting cardholders

with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses, with a focus on providing accurate and timely information.

Processing transactions efficiently

via web-based applications and handling research requests with precision.

Communicating in a warm, empathetic manner

, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations.

Maintaining in-depth knowledge

of company and client programs, policies, and technology, with a focus on staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.

Supporting team operations

during peak times or absences, with a focus on maintaining seamless service and supporting your colleagues.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

To be at least 18 years old

and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.

6 months of Customer Service, Call Center or Dispatch experience

, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and resolving customer issues.

To complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting

, with a focus on ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their customers.

To comply with camera requirements for meetings and training

, with a focus on maintaining a professional and respectful work environment.

A verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection

to support business needs, with a focus on ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

An established, dedicated work area

equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection, with a focus on creating a comfortable and productive work environment.

Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications

, with a focus on staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.

To complete an internet speed test

and achieve a minimum of 50 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download, with a focus on ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications
