Job Description

As a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with arenaflex. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing customer storage needs and making suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
  • Conducting daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
  • Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits
  • Helping customers stay current with payments and making reminder and collection calls when required
  • Maintaining a clean and organized storage facility, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris

Physical Requirements

* Ability to transport, lift, and move items weighing up to 35 pounds

  • Ability to walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of your time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
  • Ability to perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris

Qualifications

* Experience: Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service-centered sales environments, including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies

  • Transportation: Our employees are required to have a valid driver's license and utilize their own vehicle to travel between different work locations and/or while conducting other work-related business (mileage reimbursement available)

Benefits and Compensation

* Earn $15.00 per hour

  • Flexible and full-time schedules between the hours of 9:30am and 6pm (weekends 'til 5pm)
