Key Responsibilities

As a Medical Equipment Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, customer service, business) preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, medical sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide creative solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
