Dispatcher (hybrid, permanent)
BELECTRIC UK is a leading provider of solar energy solutions in the UK and Europe. They are seeking a proactive, detail-driven Job Dispatcher to coordinate service technicians and manage operations for Solar and Battery Storage sites.
Responsibilities
- Coordination of service technicians & sub-contractors
- Collaboration with client managers to action findings from preventative maintenance visits
- Speaking with field teams, client managers & suppliers
- Creating purchase orders and following goods received processes
- Timely provision of materials raised from site works reports
- Ensure timely sharing & filing of reports
- Creating or updating plant data in the company's CRM system
Skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in the field of scheduling or job coordination
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Technical or commercial expertise
