[Remote] M&A Analyst/ SDR

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SourceCo is a technology-driven M&A advisory firm that connects business owners with private equity firms and institutional investors. They are seeking an SDR / M&A Analyst to engage with business owners and investors, identify acquisition targets, and contribute to client-facing materials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach — phone and email — to business owners and executives at companies doing tens of millions in revenue
• Identify and qualify acquisition targets based on each client's investment criteria
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners who are considering a sale
• Work with our advisory team to develop industry knowledge quickly and translate it into intelligent conversations with prospects
• Keep our CRM updated with accurate pipeline data and detailed notes
• Conduct industry research and contribute to client-facing reports and materials
