A full-time Assessor position is now available with Liberty Healthcare. This role involves administering structured assessments to help determine individuals' eligibility for home and community-based services that support independence and wellbeing. This is a field-based role which will allow you to primarily work remotely from home and require you to travel to client residences throughout the region. Your daily work will involve

  • Leading in-person and virtual meetings with people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism
  • Gathering information from individuals and their families and caregivers
  • Using standardized assessment tools to help determine individual needs
  • Completing structured reports within established deadlines

There is some flexibility in the work schedule, which is primarily Monday through Friday during daytime hours. You can expect

  • $48,000 per year
  • $500 new hire bonus

  • Professional or personal experience supporting people who have autism and/or developmental disabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, education, nursing, or a related health or human services field
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills and the ability to engage people in productive conversations
  • Solid written communication, computer, active listening, and analytical skills
  • Idaho residency

This role comes with a high degree of autonomy so you must be very organized and self-motivated. Since you will be required to travel throughout the region, you must have your own insured vehicle. You have relevant work experience if you've worked as a Direct Support Professional, Case Manager, QIDP, Social Services Intake or Admissions Specialist, Service Coordinator, Client Advocate, or Caseworker.
