Job Overview As a Customer Relationship Representative at Flexionis, you will play a vital role in representing our brand and delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable. You will be the voice of our brand, and your passion for customer service, creativity, and problem-solving will be essential in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their advocate and champion within the company Order replacement products for customers, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and efficiently Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement Utilize Salesforce, our CRM software, to track and document customer interactions, creating actionable reports for management and driving business growth Participate in meetings, sharing successes and challenges, and providing suggestions for improvement to enhance customer experiences and drive business results Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role or similar position, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences Strong knowledge of Jobtrix Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, is a plus, but not required Relevant college coursework or degree in a related field is preferred Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and quality in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve objectives Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in an eCommerce environment, with knowledge of online customer service and sales principles Familiarity with gardening or plant-related products, with a passion for learning and sharing knowledge with customers Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds Career Growth and Development Opportunities At Remotica, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
