Job Summary

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, processing policy change requests, and maintaining in-depth knowledge of our products and services. Responsibilities

* Handle incoming calls from customers in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs.

  • Complete Evidence of Insurance requests in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring seamless policy administration.
  • Greet customers in a welcoming and courteous manner, setting the tone for a positive and engaging experience.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding issues or concerns.
  • Process policy change requests, updates, and cancellations, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and sales, to provide comprehensive support and solutions to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and policies, providing expert guidance and recommendations to customers.

Requirements

* Currently hold a Property & Casualty license, Personal Lines License, or Life and Health License.

  • Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple calls and requests simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Windows, and Internet applications.
  • Quick learner with a willingness to adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Committed to growth and development, with a desire to learn and improve continuously.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in insurance customer service or a related field.

  • Knowledge of insurance products, services, and policies, with a strong understanding of arenaflex offerings.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR).
