Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Maintaining customer accounts by updating information and resolving any issues that may arise

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
