The Role

As a Web Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing timely and effective support to our users through live chat. You'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with various issues, such as accessing content, resetting login credentials, applying coupon codes, or updating their subscription settings. This is a non-phone role that requires strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat inquiries through our internal messaging dashboard, using clear scripts and documented workflows to ensure efficient issue resolution

  • Utilize our knowledge base and company-provided replies to answer questions and provide accurate information to customers
  • Solve basic billing, access, and account-related problems, escalating edge cases to the appropriate team with detailed notes
  • Maintain a professional tone, speed, and style in every message, ensuring a positive user experience
  • Collaborate with our support team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service

Pay Structure & Shift Options

* Initial pay: $25/hr

  • Advancement to $30–$35/hr after 30 successful shifts, recognizing your growth and dedication to providing exceptional support
  • Log into our self-service scheduler each week to select your shifts, choosing from a variety of time blocks throughout the day and night, including weekends and overnights

Training Process

* Step-by-step 2-hour onboarding session, introducing you to our platform, tools, and support processes

  • Simulated chat exercises with review, ensuring you're comfortable and confident in your abilities
  • QA-monitored first shift with feedback, providing an opportunity to refine your skills and address any questions or concerns
  • Paid work typically starts within 3–5 days of onboarding, allowing you to begin providing support to our users

Sample Work Session

During a Monday shift from 11 AM to 4 PM, you support a customer who lost their password, assist another in canceling an outdated subscription, and walk a third through accessing a new member bonus. All tasks are handled through text, using clear templates and guided steps – no cold calls or voice meetings involved.
