The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us. Meet the team: Join our fast-paced, dynamic, and global total rewards team as a Senior Benefits Specialist, EMEA. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact and work on exciting projects. Where you come in: You will be responsible for a range of total rewards activities centered around Employee Benefits, Wellbeing and Absence Management, some of the key activities may include the following:

  • Supporting the Total Rewards Manager with employee benefits programs and vendor relationships across EMEA.
  • Benefits renewals, reviewing contracts & policy documentation
  • Establishing new benefit plans and supporting the implementation.
  • Occupational health assessment procedures, vendor management and E2E processes
  • Benefits billing including cost projections, monthly invoice reconciliation and audits
  • Creating procedural documents, policies and related documentation
  • Creating and managing the total rewards calendar.
  • Creating and delivering employee presentations and communications, both in person and virtually.
  • Analysing external benchmarking data and staying up to date on current market trends and regulations
  • Acting as regional point of contact for global and regional wellbeing programmes. Managing the wellbeing calendar, organizing onsite and virtual events and leading the wellbeing champion programme.
  • Act as Wellbeing subject matter expert, supporting global wellbeing strategy and programmes
  • Partnering with key stakeholders including Regional HR, Global total rewards, Finance, Payroll, Country Managers and Functional Leads.

What makes you successful:

  • You possess a business-related university degree, a relevant HR qualification would be preferable
  • You have a minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience
  • You are a seasoned and experienced professional, having a full understanding of various International Employee Benefit plans, in particular any experience of Benefits within the Irish manufacturing industry would be desirable
  • You have experience in managing EMEA wide Wellbeing programmes, and / or a genuine personal affinity to Wellbeing
  • Solid experience of WorkDay software
  • You have a genuine passion for creating total reward solutions
  • You possess excellent analytical skills and Excel skills as well as experience of other similar programmes, (eg. SmartSheet)
  • You possess strong communication skills and have the ability to work in a global team
  • You bring exceptional organizational skills and the ability to priortise effectively
  • You thrive in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
  • You possess high levels of attention to detail
