Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients
  • Contact patients via telephone to collect payments on medical bills, negotiating appropriate and reasonable payments
  • Communicate accurate information to patients in a clear, concise, and professional manner
  • Review patient accounts, documenting interactions and feedback
  • Set up patient payments via check, electronic transfer, or credit card
  • Collaborate with team leads, management, and clients to resolve disputes and ensure patient satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed established goals, demonstrating a commitment to excellence

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Customer/Client Focus: Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidentiality/Integrity: Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold our company's values

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) Certificate required
  • One to two years of college preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred, with prior medical billing or healthcare revenue cycle experience strongly preferred
