Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional service to new and existing customers, responding to billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions, and complaints in a warm, friendly, and respectful manner
  • Resolving customer inquiries and complaints fairly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience for all
  • Providing product and service information to customers, identifying upselling opportunities to maintain and increase income streams from customer relationships
  • Recommending and implementing programs to support customer needs, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish
  • Assisting crew members with arrangements for hotels, ground transportation, catering, linens, and other vendor service requirements
  • Complying with all relevant airport and arenaflex policies, regulations, and laws
  • Representing arenaflex as one company internally and externally, with industry groups, regulatory bodies, and the General Dynamics network

Desired Characteristics

We're looking for individuals who possess the following characteristics:

  • 1-2 years' prior FBO working experience or a customer-service related field experience (e.g. hospitality) preferred
  • Passionate about delivering the best experience

Work Environment

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, crew members, and other stakeholders. You'll be exposed to various weather conditions, and may be required to work in heavy maintenance environments and upscale customer areas. The noise level can be moderate to loud, with occasional high volume when aircraft arrive or depart. You'll be frequently exposed to vibration, and may be exposed to fuel fumes.
