Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our clients and their customers. Your primary responsibility will be to follow up with designated customers, addressing their product, service, or account inquiries, and helping to troubleshoot delivery/installation issues. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Engagement: Use a generated lead list to follow up with prospective customers and address their product, service, or account inquiries in a professional, empathetic, and positive manner.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with customers by displaying a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Product Knowledge: Participate in classroom-style learning, role-playing, and product knowledge exercises to stay up-to-date on our products and services.
  • Account Management: Manage accounts and help develop new outreach initiatives once initial training is completed.
  • Compliance: Implement and enforce compliance policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of customer service.
  • Collaboration: Work with customer service and sales departments to promote client products and follow up with a generated lead list provided by the client.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Adaptability: The ability to quickly learn and adapt when new products are released or compliance policies have been updated.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word to track and manage orders.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.

Benefits and Compensation

arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $42,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, we offer:
