Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Entry-Level Live Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our live chat platform. This part-time role offers the flexibility to work from home, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information in a timely manner through live chat
  • Assisting customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
  • Conducting research to provide solutions to customer queries
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times
  • Providing feedback on customer trends and needs to improve our products and services

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Compensation
