Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack IT Data Governance Team Lead, you'll be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of arenaflex's data governance capabilities. This will involve:

• Leading the creation, support, and rollout of arenaflex's data governance capabilities, including data education, stewardship, quality, metadata management, and data as a resource
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data governance policies, procedures, and standards
• Working with the data governance leadership team to define and track key metrics and KPIs for data governance
• Researching, evaluating, and implementing new technologies and tools to support data governance
• Collaborating with the data governance team to develop and maintain data governance processes and procedures
• Serving as the product owner for data governance products and services
• Representing the data governance team and advocating for data governance best practices across the organization

What you'll need for success

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or business administration
• At least 5 years of experience in data governance, data management, or a related field
• Experience working with data governance frameworks, such as COBIT, ITIL, or ISO 38500
• Experience working with data quality and observability tools
• Experience working with metadata management tools
• Experience working with data governance policies, procedures, and standards
• Experience working with data governance metrics and KPIs
• Experience working with data governance teams and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or business administration

• Experience working with data governance certifications, such as CDMP or DGSP
• Experience working with data governance tools, such as data quality and observability tools
• Experience working with data governance frameworks, such as COBIT, ITIL, or ISO 38500
• Experience working with metadata management tools

• Experience working with data governance metrics and KPIs
