Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through timely and effective management of large volumes of inbound calls. You'll identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions using call center scripts and your problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities

* Manage large volumes of inbound calls in a timely manner, ensuring that customers receive prompt and effective support.

  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions using call center scripts and your problem-solving skills.
  • Use active listening skills to understand customers' concerns and respond accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction.

Main Position Details

* Start Date: April 4th

  • Schedule: Must be open to any shift Monday - Friday between 5:00am - 7:00pm. OT opportunity available!
  • Location: Just South of Sky Harbor Airport. Near S 52nd St & W University

Qualifications

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred.
  • Skills:

+ Strong phone and verbal communication skills. + Active listening and problem-solving skills. + Familiarity with CRM systems. + Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Attributes:

+ Customer-focused and adaptable to different personality types. + Ability to manage time effectively and meet performance metrics.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.68 - $22.68/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include:
