Experienced Hybrid Customer Service Representative – Delinquency Control and Financial Counseling

Job Summary

As a Hybrid Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in controlling and collecting on past due Consumer Loan and Credit Card accounts within the first 30 days of delinquency. You will provide financial counseling to members, mitigate loss, and navigate multiple systems to achieve aggressive goals. Key Responsibilities

* Control and collect on past due Consumer Loan and Credit Card accounts within the first 30 days of delinquency, in accordance with all government rules and regulations

  • Provide financial counseling to members to mitigate loss and promote responsible financial behavior
  • Navigate multiple systems, including auto-dialer software, to make outbound calls and receive inbound calls
  • Meet or exceed aggressive call production targets, with a minimum of 80-120+ calls per day
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and arenaflex's policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Retail, Sales, or a related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment, with a focus on early stage collections (1-30 days late)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive call production targets
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with Excel, Word, and Outlook to analyze data, create reports, and communicate with stakeholders

  • Familiarity with auto-dialer software and other call center technologies
  • Certification in collections, customer service, or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer populations

Schedule and Work Environment

* Must be available to work Monday-Saturday from 10:00am-7:30pm

  • Hybrid schedule after training, with a mix of on-site and remote work

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $17.00-$18.95 per hour
