Key Responsibilities:

As a Front Desk Supervisor/Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

Overseeing Front Desk Operations:

Ensure seamless and efficient front desk operations, providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming welcome.

Providing Guest Service, Guidance, and Leadership:

Provide guidance and leadership to ensure consistent customer service is provided, and that all guests receive a personalized and memorable experience.

Assigning and Instructing Team Members:

Assign and instruct team members in details of work, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Monitoring Lobby Traffic:

Monitor lobby traffic to make staffing adjustments accordingly, ensuring that the front desk is adequately staffed to meet the needs of our guests.

Resolving Customer Complaints:

Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all guests receive a satisfactory resolution to their issue.

Training, Supervising, Scheduling, and Evaluating Staff:

Train, supervise, schedule, and assist in evaluating staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to provide exceptional guest experiences.
