Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Superior Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to our members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
  • Answering Phones: Respond to phone calls in a friendly manner, using our information script to provide accurate and helpful information.
  • Greeting Members: Welcome members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Responding to Member Questions: Address member queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Processing Purchases: Process beverage or merchandise purchases through our point of sale system, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Promoting Fitness Classes: Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and new members, encouraging them to try new experiences.
  • Maintaining a Clean Environment: Ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
