The Role

As a Part-Time Remote Chat Operator, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through live chat interfaces on our business websites and social media accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing live chat messages and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product or sales links, promotions, or discounts directly through chat to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintaining engagement and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective chat strategies that drive business growth

Requirements

* A laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Flexibility to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with a maximum of 20 hours per week
