As a Remote Chat Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients' customers through live chat on websites. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing a comprehensive knowledge base to provide accurate and reliable customer support
  • Managing your shifts flexibly, logging in and out as needed, with the convenience of daily payments
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Staying up-to-date with product and service information to provide expert support

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries through live chat on websites

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilize a comprehensive knowledge base to provide accurate and efficient customer support
  • Manage your shifts flexibly, logging in and out as needed
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences

Contract Terms:

* Open-ended contract with no fixed duration, offering you the flexibility to work as long as you like

  • Competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour, depending on the complexity of the inquiries and your performance

Requirements:

* Must have access to a device capable of connecting to social media and handling website chat functionalities (Phone, Tablet, Laptop)

  • Ability to work independently while closely following detailed instructions
  • Must be available to work at least 5 hours per week
  • A reliable internet connection is essential
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Working Hours:

* Flexible hours ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week
